- Usage data: Meeting duration, feature usage, and billing information.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide meeting transcription and summarization.
- To execute actions in connected tools (e.g., creating Google Docs).
- To track usage and manage billing.
- To improve the Service and fix bugs.
3. Third-Party Services
Notic integrates with the following third-party services:
- Recall.ai: Meeting bot infrastructure for joining video calls and capturing audio.
- Anthropic (Claude): AI processing for transcription summaries and active-mode responses.
- Google APIs: Google Docs integration for document creation.
- Stripe: Payment processing. We do not store credit card numbers.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on NeonDB (PostgreSQL). OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.
5. Data Retention
Meeting transcripts and summaries are retained for the duration of your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
