By accessing or using Notic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Notic is an AI-powered meeting assistant that joins video calls, generates transcripts and summaries, and integrates with third-party tools such as Google Docs. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must create an account using Google OAuth to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.
You are responsible for obtaining consent from all meeting participants before using Notic to record, transcribe, or summarize meetings. Notic joins meetings as a visible participant named "Notic". You must comply with all applicable laws regarding recording consent in your jurisdiction.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Usage is measured in AI participant minutes.
Meeting transcripts, summaries, and associated data are stored securely. We process your data only to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: recording meetings without consent, using the Service for illegal purposes, attempting to reverse-engineer the Service, or circumventing usage limits.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. AI generated content may contain errors.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
